The 2016 Annual Street Painting Festival in Lake Worth has been a magical celebration with music on the mainstage, restaurants and food concessions along with the excitement to spend hours watching artists complete their art on the pavement. Up-close chats with the artists are always a thrill.
Chalking the pavement into a makeshift canvas has been a tradition in many cities around the world. Lake Worth has held this tradition and retained its appeal for 22 years now. It is one of the most social and friendliest events in Florida and even though the paintings last only until the next rain, the lively spirit of the exhibition captivates the audiences each year and inspires lasting memories.
