The 2nd Annual Fresh Fest will be held on Saturday, February 13 from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Meyer Amphitheater. The event featured healthy food demonstrations, fitness classes ranging from yoga to kickboxing, workshops, music, art and over 60 local vendors.
It was healthy opportunity to break a sweat, eat clean and kick-start a healthier lifestyle. The event took place in downtown West Palm Beach and it was presented by Jackson Health Foundation.
In addition to popular programs such as an interactive Kid’s Kitchen, plant-based food prep demonstrations and fitness classes, new elements were introduced this year including water activities such as paddleboard yoga, an interactive art wall project, a partner relay water course and a paddleboard race clinic.
